I think one year we made some kind of high numbers for 'number of people seeking mental healthcare' or some similar. So is that a 'good, people take care of their well being' or 'bad, bunch of nut jobs live there' kind of thing? Same year we ranked pretty high on a 'happiest state' too, maybe it was all those people taking their meds?

Not very much, at all. Too many such ranking articles I sense are clickbait, where I get this fishy feeling the author too often didn't do enough research him/herself.
