Between DC and NYC- definitely NYC there's no comparison. I'm from NY and just spent a weekend in DC....it's worth only a weekend trip.

I wouldn't know from personal experience(of course), LOL! REALLY!, but wouldn't it have to be San Fran or NYC(probably NYC)?
