I can’t think of any neighborhoods in Miami that fit the criteria. Which neighborhoods in Miami are you talking about?
Huh? Downtown/Brickell, to start. You have a multitude of restaurants directly on the water, high rise residences and office buildings, and all are a walk to mass transit.
If I’m understanding the criteria correctly, Boston’s Seaport fits the bill. East Boston might too - there’s residential and restaurants/bars directly on the harborwalk, but no office in Eastie. Both have rapid transit within .5 miles (Eastie has a Blue Line Entrance from right next to the harborwalk) as well as ferries connecting them across the harbor. The downtown waterfront could count too.

It matches your criteria almost exactly.
I haven’t seen a boardwalk there. I have seen restaurants with access to the water, but there was no boardwalk or sidewalk to walk along going place to place along the water.
What do you mean by separate name? Like Fells point and the Flats refer to the landform adjacent to the water. Does it have to be like Lakeview or Manhattan beach or S lake Union?

I haven’t seen a boardwalk there. I have seen restaurants with access to the water, but there was no boardwalk or sidewalk to walk along going place to place along the water. Now I’m intrigued. It may be new and I haven’t seen it. Where is it located in downtown or Brickell?

Yes, that is correct. Count the number of different waterfront neighborhoods around the city.

Brickell is technically part of downtown. There is a walk all along the river that stretches inland from the intracoastal.
