that's proposal is already 3 mos old...anyone under the age of 70, and/or a freakin NIMBY who is absolutely frightened by shade, is all for it

Comcast is the 13th tallest in the US.


This building is nice, but I'm hoping for a redesign. The spire isn't very attractive imo

you obviously haven't followed any construction projects. You actually expect them to have it under construction in UNDER 3 MONTHS????

If it happens soon I would be shocked, in this real estate market it's a shock if a 2 storey apartment building gets finished.

Trump is more poor then he admits, obviously trump has his debt. It's a shock he keeps building.
