Forbes is kind of a crapshoot. They don't have a very solid method behind their madness.

And I kind of disagree with these rankings by principle anyway - since what's best for one person isn't necessarily the best for another (on the contrary, what's best for one person could be the worst for another).

I think it's mainly based on school systems.

Yeah, true. But even that is sort of skewed. I mean, the number one factor in determining "good" districts is based on where the money comes from. Not actual performance.

I agree with radraja on a ll counts. I hate these "best places" lists. And don't even get me started on the school thing.
