Warm weather means no snow.
Big means BIG!!! a major city with pro sports teams and skyscrapers etc.

Bonus points for being by the ocean or other navicable water, and having great public transit (driving in traffic is becoming insanely expensive)

You've descrobed most any large American city is a southern or southwestern state. I think you should get a little bit more detailed but I vote for Los Angeles.

Best means... best better than all others in your subjective opinion.

I sort of wanted a diverse response... perhaps encompassing things I hadnt thought of.

I mean I am single mid 20s so I would like some fun, I will be a lawyer in about a year but I have alot of loans to pay off so cheaper is better....

Oh yeah I cant stand the country music pickup truck, big belt buckle culture, so none of that

Less humidity is good too.

Crime is obviously a negative too (as it is to most people who arent professional criminals)

Well, my vote would have to be my hometown, San Diego, for all the reasons you described. Although I chose to leave and am very happy living away, I think you would be very happy there!

Most southern and southwestern cities get snow in winter. Its not normally significant, but if the OP doesnt want any snow or colder temps, that pretty much leaves him with San Diego, Miami, etc.

The only city I can think of that doesn't get any snow at all, near the ocean, is big with skyscrapers, has professional sports teams, and great public transit is San Francisco. But it's definitely not a "warm" weather city but more a cool to mild weather city. Most large cities in warm climates with no snow have relatively poor public transit.

Los Angeles is also good except for the public transit department as are other large cities like Miami and San Diego.

"Warm-weather" just means no snow? Some people have sad standards.

Warm weather AND good public transit??? You ask too much. If such a place existed in the US, I'd be looking really hard at moving there.
