thats the thing, Angelenos are just really proud of their city....and the jealous people who dont live here feel intimidated so they try everything to bring down L.A instead of focusing on the good aspects of their sub-par city

I don't like LA because of the people like MachineKnownAsLasAngeles who live there.
Do you people really think he represents the majority of LA? Give me a break! Yeah he's a negative stereotype people love to hate but he is just that, a stereotype. And I wouldn't be surprised if he was a transplant too b/c it's more time than not the transplants with those lame attitudes that think they're the sh*t just b/c they are in LA, CA now. Gee can I hate all of NYC because of some of the snobby arrogant jerks there, or the entire south b/c everyone is a racist redneck, or SF b/c everyone is a bleeding heart hippie activists?
But also realize that people will naturally get defensive when others insult and rag on a place someone loves and calls home, it's natural and nearly ALL OF US do it to some extent. So as much as I don't care for what Machine says, he's going to defend his home like anyone in here would.
Yes LA has some douchebags, thanks to the rest of the country sending their crap this way, but the majority are just normal, chill down to earth people living their daily lives.
L.A. has improved in many ways and has been seen in many movies have
you seen HANCOCK yep filmed in L.A. Get smart well some parts filmed in
los angeles but yeah even iron man who lived in malibu and for a short
time showed downtown L.A. when he was test flying any way what i am
trinying to say is if los angeles is so ugly then why do so many peopole
live and why does it contiune to grow.
LA has many advantages, but for it is too expensive, too scary for me(and not just crime either), for me it is just a difficult city.
