I agree - the east and west sections - not the prettiest areas, but its is definenlty not a total dump. If it was i doubt all those millions of tourists would flock there
I'd have to say Lubbock, Texas. They've had their largest population gain in the last five years and they are on the verge of breaking out. New business is continuing to come in. Their big secret? The success at Reese Technology Center, which occupies a former Air Force base.
