What part of Spain are you from? I am from Spain so maybe I can tell you difference and similarities regarding weather. You are in for a real culture shock regardless where you end up. I would reconsider the no car option. It is really difficult to depend on others for transportation.
Thanks a lot guys, Well I chose those cities because they have the program I want and because they also have good universities. Now I chose the south because I don't want to live in a -6 degree temperature for 3 to 4 months like in NY, Boston or pittsburgh, which are also the ones that have the colleges I want. Of course My moving will depend on which University I get in. But since I don't want the best-ranking university (because I know it will be harder to enter) I think that MAYBE JUST MAYBE and hopefully I will be able to enter in the ones I want. (HOPE SO PRAY TO GOD FOR THAT).Also I asked for transportation since I will be going with my sister and we want to rent a small apartment for our convenience and price.
