Do you prefer to live in areas that are Flat, Hilly, Moutainous, or No Preference?

I grew up in an area that was very hilly, and had lots of little valleys.
Now I live in a flat area, and I must say I like it for a change. I know most think flat is boring, but I enjoy seeing the flat farm fields outside the city. I also enjoy not having to drive over hills in the winter time, which can be a real pain. Overall I guess I am really liking the flat terrain. Which is kind of surprising to me too... LOL

I'm not a flatlander at heart nor was I born in the flatlands. But I can handle level terrain if need be. Forested flatlands are a help.

I like being surrounded by mountains. It gives me a sense of orientation.

I live in between a lobe and a huge ridge that goes about 400'-600' above the normal elevation we're in between the ridges, lobes... There is alot of rolling hills here as well as many huge bluffs that look like mountains for example my default picture on my profile is a picture of the area I live in..... Farm fields meet the bluffs... My kinda landscape... I do have to say there is something peaceful about endless cornfields in the middle of Illinois.... I do love mountains as well....

I do love mountains and trees, but where my home is located, I'd prefer long range views of lovliness. I don't liked to be "cooped" up amongst trees or anything else, hence rural living is the only way for me. If I had to be behind a fence in the city, I'd hate it. I do not like flat and barren anything even with long-range views.

I get lost without hills. I mean it; I can't navigate without elevation changes. In Orlando, I might as well be a dog with a chew toy tied to his tail.

I can't stand too much of anything. Oregon has mountains, ocean, hills, farms, desert, forests.... everything. So if I need a change i'll just drive 2 hours.

I have to have some type of varied terrain. I'd go crazy in a flatland without a horizon to look onto. I love mountains, but I'd be happy with hills too. This is what I look at everyday:
