how can it be 81 in your room if it is 64 in WPB(weather.com)

it was 68 in our house this morning and 53 outside

open your window and put a fan in backwards to suck all the cool air into your room

OMG I wish it was 68 in my room. I have the ceiling fan spinning but it doesnt help. It has to be like 45 outside for it to be 68 indoors, this is why I would love to be up north where its 45 out then I wont be cold in my unheated house

It went to 91 outside yesterday! I felt sick the whole day, and it was 84 when I went to bed in the house. Looks like we got a cold front as it's 71 putside and 73 inside. The window and next to bed fans were on all night till I turned the fan next tot he bed off at 3 AM. This is just a taste of the disgusting weather to come.

Yup, that is why I bailed out of Florida early, I saw it coming. Was in the 90's in Fort Lauderdale last week. Those ceiling fans are only good up to about 84. You know it is going to be bad when the relatives start to hunker down in the bunker with that A/C on max.

NAH is going to get a big surprise when his daddy rents out his room to those guys from Canada camped on the front lawn waving lots of green money. They probably don't head home until it hits 110, unlike NAH they might not start sweating till 102 in the shade.

Ah, moderation in all things.

35 here in Chicagoland with projected 50s by mid-week. Where do you get 10 degrees? Is that International Falls, MN or something?

It's been in the teens here at night, finally got back into the 30s today! Still digging out from a 19 inch snowstorm dump on thursday and Friday. And last month we were in the below zero for at least two weeks! I love Minnesota!! Give me cold over heat and humidity anyday. (used to live in Florida, didn't handle it very well...or very long).

First of all, why is it shocking? It's north Canada for crying out loud.

Second of all, didn't one of your recent threads say spring was here early? Guess not?

I too don't see how it can be 81 in your room CONSTANTLY. Every post you make, it's in the 80's in your room, and you're going to turn on the AC. Isn't it ever ALREADY ON? Or a fan? Or SOMETHING?

Honestly -- your complaining about the heat is starting to get repetitive. To the extreme. We get it. It's hot. You're in Florida. It's not news to anyone. Stop saying it every five seconds.

Hows the weather in Woodsfield now, how cold is it and how much snow?
My dad is not interested in renting, already asked him.

No snow, nippy at nites, mild in the day time. Need a light jacket. Getting a streak of cloudy days. Should start to get some spring days.

You better pray daddy keeps that room pristine. Being a snowbird ain't all bad, especially when you can flock to a sheltered lee abode.

Daddy may not be telling the truth.
