Does anyone know of a tool that someone can use to search for a list of all cities/towns/suburbs/etc. within a certain radius? For instance, I could put San Francisco in the box, and put 20 miles in the radius search and I'd be given a list of all other cities/towns/suburbs/etc. within that radius. Other than that, I don't know how to search for places around a city except a map. Any help would be appreciated.

If you go to realtor.com and click on advanced search, you can see nearby towns. How far away from the city they go, Im not sure. It is probably fairly reasonable mileage wise though.

Just mapquest San Francisco and use the zoom in/zoom out to find the areas you're looking for.
