I've watched a few events (gymnastics, swimming, volleyball...), but I can only take so much. For me, it always gets old after the first few days. The novelty always wears off.
I'm a big fan of the camaraderie, unity, pomp and circumstance of it all. I seriously look forward to each olympics from the close of the last. If it's a venue, I'll watch it. I do, however, prefer the winter games to the summer.
I'm a big fan, its always on my TV, great times as well 12 lunch time til 2am, can't wait until the rowing at the weekend though, medals certain there.
I'm find that alot of americans on other websites are more interesting in the NFL starting.
