Interesting. So everybody's moving to the sunbelt? And New York. Although, people in San Antonio just seem extra talkative. Lots and lots of locals just chatting among themselves on that forum. Maybe it's just Texans in general. We're a talkative bunch. Some other forums, in contrast, like Massachusetts for example, are so quiet you can almost hear crickets chirping.
I lived in Philly for a year (blech....) and and met tons of people who were in process, had moved or planned to move to North Carolina. It's like the big Florida exodus from the East in the 70's.
That is what the good folks in North Carolina do for fun; sit around and talk about how awesome they are.
HA! Couldn't have said it any better myself! Be careful though, as most of them are VERY sensitive towards anyone who doesn't love living in suburbanized cities as much as they do.
