Anyway. For Des Moines, I would transplant One Kansas City Place from KC. It wouldn't give us a new tallest, but it would balance our tallest and add some nice mass to the skyline. Plus Des Moines needs a glass facade skyscraper.

I think that Philadelphia could use an Empire State Building style skyscraper. Philly has no 1920s style super-tall skyscrapers and one would fit the city's architecture well. I would also agree with Scranbarre about how a Flat Iron Building would fit well in the city of Scranton.

There is no other city in the World with a supertall 1920s/30s (it was finished in 1932, started construction in 1929) skyscraper. But Philly DOES have impressive old skyscrapers

I just think that Philly could use a super tall building that is made of something other than glass panels. I know there are some with brick and stone that are tall but no really tall ones.

I would take Pittsburgh's PPG Place and put it in Cleveland. But Pittsburgh should just destroy their tallest, U.S. Steel does not do Pittsburgh's skyline justice. But Pittsburgh can keep their hands off Cleveland's Key Tower

The U.S Steel Building is historic and rightfully belongs in Pittsburgh. The skyline would be lacking without it.

For Omaha, Des Moines 801 Grand

it would be just shorter than our current tallest by a few feet and would add another great architectural tower.
and Pittsburghs PPG Place

beautiful
