Philadelphia's city hall is very beautiful it has always been one of my favorites. Another one that I like is NYC's.

NYC's City Hall is not the most prestige or biggest city hall in the country but for the year that it was built it is pretty impressive.

Philadelphia's is gorgeous! And I agree, the old Detroit city hall should never have been torn down.

But I'm sorry, Buffalo's looks more like something grotesquely grandiose out of an old Soviet republic.

Here's Nashville's which definitely looks like a public building:

...and Atlanta's:

Salt Lake City's:

Any city or town with a small City Hall or Town Hall gets my vote. Less ostentation means means less waste of taxpayers dollars.

No one cares about courthouses on THIS thread, ScranBarre!

Threads are segregated by topic... City halls only. Courthouses should be on another thread...
