Yeah I think there are a couple around Cleveland still. I know theres 1 around North Ridgeville (Cleveland westside suburb) thats still pretty popular and has been completely packed some of the times I went there. However its RIGHT next to busy railroad tracks so that can get pretty annoying.
There is one in Kansas City, if you hit the Independence Mall exit off I-70 and just head straight north. It will be on your right after 10 minutes or so.
I heard that Ohio and Pa have the most Drive-ins left in the country, not sure if that is true. Here in Warren, Ohio we have two. This one is about 3 minutes from my house: Elm Road Drive-In Theatre: Welcome
We go to the drive-in in Rocker, MT a few times a year. We saw Monsters University this summer.
I know of one in Honor, MI and one in Oregon, OH.
I love the drive-in.
