As far as major cities go...Chicago is at the top. Rooftops are green, sidewalks are green, parks are plentiful, buidlings are energy efficient.

Chicago is really changing from a strictly industrial, blue-collar city...into a progressive metropolis (not that it wasn't always progressive...just moreso now).

Looks like albuquerque has started its own green program, and its actually making a difference..one of the best in the country.
