The Baltimore/Washington area is huge with the Salvadorian population. That's the largest recent immigrant group in the area

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salvadoran_American

"Regions with significant populations
Maryland
Virginia
Washington, D.C.
New York
Texas
California"

"The majority of Salvadoran Americans reside in the Washington Metropolitan Area: Washington, D.C.; Maryland; and Northern Virginia."

I believe that LA has the largest. Followed by the Washington DC area than Houston.

I know that Hempstead, NY and Brentwood, NY both located in Long Island have a significant population of Salvadoreans in both locations. Also Mineola, NY has a small population living in that particular city. West New Jersey has a good amount of them living there.

Los Angeles definitely has a huge population especially areas nearby Vermont Avenue, Pico-Union(Nearby MacArthur Park), and other pockets in LA County.

Washington DC is number two since they are all over the region but mostly have their neighborhood in Mount Pleasant however they are even more in Northern Virginia.

San Francisco has a good portion of them in the Mission District, Fruitvale, and San Jose.

"In the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Salvadorans are the largest group [of Hispanics in the metro], comprising one-third of the area's Hispanics."

U.S. Hispanics by Country of Origin - Pew Research Center

Chelsea, Massachusetts looks pretty high.
