I don't believe in race; it is fictitious and man made, menat to divide and seperate. We are all humans, that's the only race there is. Answer this question and you can change my mind:
I'm 1/2 Greek (Dad came here when he was 20), mom's side is German, British and a little bit Native American. My wife is Filipino, but her paternal side has Spanish and Portuguese blood. What race is my daughter?
The fictitious concept of race is so absurd; look at the illegal immigration debate, those opposed to it were often times labeled "racist". Mexican is a nationality not a race.
I marked "other" just like I mark on applications and such. I don't believe in pure race, but if you want to get technical I guess middle eastern = white/caucasian, although my decedents are from North Africa and Spain.
I wish this was a public poll so I could put a race to a screen name. I live in a suburb that is LITERALLY >99% Caucasian, non-Hispanic, so for me one of the highlights of posting here is getting to interact with such a diverse crew. I love that!
Really?
How can you tell the difference between the White dude who posts and the Yellow dude, and the Brown dude, and the Black dude?
Race on a forum is sort of arbitrary, I always think of everyone across the computer screen as white. With the exception of a few people.
Sorry if i killed it for you XD..........
My race is the Rock and Roll Marathon in Tempe I like the running and Music.
Really? Why would it matter??????
If your from this city or that OK, if your a republican or a democrat OK, if you like beer or like wine OK, but Race has no place in threading. I dont care if Im friends with a different race here, or at home, or Im quarelling back and forth with my twin. Its a forum.
