According to O's latest statement not increasing middle-class taxes, the national avg. for that extends up to $250k per household.

Now, assuming you're talking about people who make millions per year, then several places in Hawaii, California, Colorado and Connecticut come to mind.

Rochester NY, quite as its kept there are a lot of rich people in the surrounding Monroe County, we just dont report our stuff to the media so people around the country wont know. Theres a lot of Kodak millionairs here.

Places like Brighton and Pittsford would fit the bill for the Rochester area.
