Part has to do with the climate. If it is hot, or warm year round, then crime can spike up.

Not in San Diego. The year round warm weather and sunshine makes everyone happy so they have no reason to commit crimes.

that is the problem----- NO, detroit, memphis atlanta charlotte, dont feel that they got a problem.

When it comes to San Francisco there are only 3 areas there that looked shady and ghetto to me and that is Hunters Point, the Mission, and the Tenderloin. Everywhere else in San Francisco I felt completely safe. Where in Detroit I felt unsafe in like over 95% of the areas there.

there were a couple of gangbangers murdered here a few weeks ago and in the paper it said it may have been from rival gangs who moved here from Memphis. They dont know why they would come to Albuquerque.
