Anything surrounding New Orleans. The city is surrounded by wetlands or water on all sides so as soon as the city stops the water and marsh start. It's umm peaceful, thats the only way I can describe since I only see it when I'm leaving town. on the westbank you can go south down Barataria and do the Lafitte swamp tour thing. Oh yea and every now and then cars hit Alligators crossing the I-10. hope thats exciting enough for ya.. all I could think of.
If you like beaches, beautiful people and incredible nightlife/restaurant scene, pick Rio.
If you like random violence, nightmarish traffic, and death by pollution (if not macheted to death first), pick Sao Paulo.
