Ray Nagin is no Rudy Giuliani when it comes to combating violent crime that's for damn sure. With the exception of the French Quarter, the rest of New Orleans is one big ghetto shythole. It's housing project hell.

That's what nearly all my neighbors in NYC said..I was surprised cause in the media he's portrayed to the rest of us as the Savior of New York.

I bet you wouldn't be saying the same thing if he was a Democrat. The fact is that ever since Rudy Giuliani was mayor, the Big Apple has never again been ranked among the list of America's murder capitals. I remember the crime/murder rate being pretty damn high when it was runned by the Black DEMOCRAT David Dinkins. And Rudy cleaned up the mess that he left behind.

These lists are often jokes anyway. Real cities are much more complex than simply "dangerous" or "safe".

These rankings were just released?

Its not too surprising to me. Realistically, New Orleans should be in the top 3 every year. Camden, Detroit, and St. Louis are always near the top also. Cleveland is in the top 15, no surprise. At least were better than last year with 10th and the year before that with 7th. Dont always trust the FBI stats though because they are very flawed. Im sure some other cities are flawed also, but the FBI stats from last year have Cleveland at 90 murders, when we officially had 135, so sadly we would be a couple spots worse. Some other cities may be in the wrong spots also.

Does anybody have the full list? They should have a top 25 list, I see Youngstown is at 15th, but I want to see where the other Ohio cities are at. Cincinnati and Dayton will probably be in the top 25 also. We need to get our **** together in Ohio.
