And you cant list a high crime place in a city like South Bronx, Areas in Atlanta, areas in LA, areas in Detroit, etc.

I think I would go to a place like North Dakota or Vermont, a safer more chill city like minneapolis or chicago.

Or if you would skip America alltogetherand go to a place like Canada, list it!
If it was canada, I would go to toronto or montreal.

If I was poor(I am black) I would live in a place that offered the best opportunity for me to change my financial situation.
I do plan on having a place in Costa Rica but is has nothing to do with my race. It's moreso for rest and relaxation.
Ron.

You would be so isolated from society if u were black or a dark latino and moved to Vermont. The hippy types would look at u like some sort of museum exhibit, and the rednecks would hate ur guts, and everybody else would just ignore u or act weird around u. Just speaking from personal experience, they're not used to being around minorities. You definately would not be on an equal plane. I imagine the same is with North Dakota.

Not quite true about every community there. A few years ago I read an article in a newspaper about how Blacks in the state of Varmint earn more money as a % of what caucasians earn than in any other state. I believe women also do as well.
And last I knew those dopey yuppies and hippies and flippies were spending plenty of money at this place:

Ha Ha I would serve them up attitude and put them in their place. I'm a light skin latin so I usually blend in, and, don't have problems in all white enviroments. One time this one old lady was talking smack about Mexicans to me, then I had to tell her I was a mexican. She turned really ghost(more) white, that was so much fun.
