I haven't been to many major cities, but I'll give it a shot, from the pics I've seen. Feel free to rip me if I say something that isn't true.

West: Denver or Portland
East: Baltimore
South: Memphis
Midwest: St. Louis (which I've been to numerous times).

Well, the regions of Alaska and Hawaii weren't highlighted on the map. Although, the OP did lump AK and HI in with the west.

On that note, though, if I lived in Alaska it would be Anchorage, hands down.

In Hawaii, well, Honolulu is the only large city. So I guess that would be my fav. city.
