I agree. Miami built so many condos in the area that it is unrecognizable. But that will come back to haunt them seeing as how nobody will be living in them. Mostly all of them are residential too and most all are luxury condos that the average joe that makes under 200k cannot afford.

I guess the Tri-State/New Yorkers and Bay Area/San Franciscans have money and can actually afford their homes, since they're both excluded from the list and are more expensive than any of those cities.

Houston and the Chicago area seem to be doing ok too.
