Well, I don't live in any city's limits, but the lowest elevation in my county is about 450 feet, the highest is nearly 11,000 feet. I'm at about 2,800 feet.
City-Data lists Youngstown as 861 feet above sea level. But, my property ranges from about 944 feet to about 954 feet above sea level.
