..and where does the demand for dope come from?

Imagine how much US business and property is owned by dope cartels?

Wow, imagine if that could have been taxed and put towards roads and other social projects.

Nope, Instead there are thousands of murders, a war infact, profits in the wrong hands, kids getting hooked and not educated, and millions of tax dollars lost not gained, and the highest prison population outside of China.

We should legalize it, regulate its sale and tax the hell out of it.

Amsterdam is considered a very safe city to live and also one of the top rated cities to live in in the world, and people blame crime, poverty, murder, and other things on marijuana?? My point is is that legalizing marijuana would bring the U.S. about 13 billion dollars a year in profit. i once saw this news clip about the "dangerous" effects of marijuana, and they interviewed a mother with her three obese children behind her and she was saying that it is ruining America's kids. I took one look at her kids and said to myself, how can you say that when you stuff your kids with food and give them way higher chances of getting diabetes, heart disease, heart attack, etc.?!?!?
