Out of those 2 areas, the IE cause its next to LA/OC.

I dunno, maybe Chino Hills.

Perfect this is where i Lived before I Lived in Irvine.It's right next to LA/O.C. County Lines.Safe, Very Nice Schools,My Friends live on the hill,I Could see the 71 From their Home,It was also Terrifying The Wildfires last year were pretty close,Clean Parks,Nice Shopping Centers,and Much More.
