How is it that these privileged white majority rulers, still to this day have the Original Man (The Black Man) in this condition?

I think you would be scary also if you had to live under that condition. Living like that makes any person not care about their own life.

Pardon me? Are you trying to tell me that genetic mutation - fair skin- means that I don't belong to the group Homo sapiens sapiens? We are all original man and we've been around a lot longer than these modern countries. What we're going through is just one moment, one chapter.

the question is why are they living in those conditions? what caused those conditions? why are they crime-ridden and trashed?

answer: those who live there did it.

it's silly how people often talk about bad neighborhoods as if some phantom caused atrocious neighborhoods. people create both the physical and spiritual environment where they reside and it's particular flavor. i'm not saying just ghettos are bad, i've been in some white neighborhoods that were depressing as hell like it was straight out of children of the corn. there are places in southeast asia that are ghettoish like some areas of the phillipines.

you don't have to be rich to live like a decent person. you don't have to be rich in a developed country to be clean. there is no excuses for that.

i recall an example of a family who moved into a black neighborhood and the homes were mostly filthy. the landlord loved this family because most tenants did not take care of the property. the wife had to scrub down the walls, it was that filthy. even though they were poor, she kept it clean unlike most of her neighbors.

I have been through ghettos too numerous times to count especially when I lived in Philly from 1980 to 1994.

Your all crazy!!! Camden has been named the most dangerous city in the U.S. more than one time. It is the only city that has been in the top ten for 10 years in a row. Detroit to has been the most dangerous city more than once, and its the only one that can equal Camden in crime. If east cleveland is so bad and dangerous why is it not high on the most dangerous cities of the U.S. list, where is you statstics to back up your claim. If have been threw north and every other part of philly and other towns. Philly overall is a nice and clean looking city, but the ghettos are really bad looking. However philly dose not look as dirty or bad as New Jersey cities or New York City. New York City is the dirtest and the most run down looking city. These other cities just have small houses, rowhomes, or townhouses that are falling apart and dirty, but New York City, Jersey City,Newark, and Irvington have big 5 to 8 story apartment buildings that are falling apart and crumbling to the ground, and they look like they are about to collapse. New York crime is not as bad anymore but it still looks the worst!! by far. In the 1970's and 1980's president Regan visted the Bronx and said it looked like Germany after World War 2 when all the buildings in Berlin were bombed out. NYC has cleaned up alot of its bad areas since the 70's and 80's but there is still areas that look like a warzone. Chicago is smiliar, but the West Coast as bad looking or as run down. In Los Angles Compton and Watts thier ghettos are small one story homes. In New York or New Jersey thats the suburbs people in the hood would love to live in a house, instead of a run down 8 story project building with 80 other families in the building to!!!!
