..as NYC's winters are relatively mild, especially when compared with New England and parts of the Midwest like Chicago, Milwaukee, Minn-St. Paul, etc.
The real test should be of two extremes:
Would you prefer a hot, sticky, humid Miami summer, or a frigid, icy Minneapolis winter?
My answer: Minneapolis, without question.
