now all these people probably wernt even born here but it is common of what you will usually here in these towns.
Sounds pretty Texan. I'm surprised that accent extends into New Mexico. Then again, Hobbs isn't that far from the Texas border.

The first two people (Courtney Taylor-Taylor and Zia McCabe of The Dandy Warhols) are a great representation of Northwesterners and their accent.

Yeah. Kind of. Normally you don't hear it much more strongly than those people in the videos, except mostly in some younger speakers. I, for instance, have a really strong Northwestern accent at times. I should post a video actually...

Also there are so many transplants that you generally hear tons of California/Western/Southwest/Midwest/neutral accents from people of the Northwest more so than this sort of accent.
