hi Every one me and my wife want to get Master in USA we need to know which State's has the:
1- Low cost life.
2- Median cost life.
3- Good weather (e.g. between 40 to 100 F).
4- good Ranked universities.

Can I see some helps

You may find interest in Texas, if weather isn't a big issue you should look further into: Michigan, Ohio, Pennslyvania, and New York. If cost of living is a lesser issue, may want to look at California and Massachuettes.
