I figured since my search is well spanned out among several states that this would be the best place to look? If it's the wrong spot please let me know and I will move it.

I'm looking to move out of Florida and either to GA, SC, NC, or OH; I do have a few requirements that I am unable to find out about anywhere else so I figured everyone could help?

I will be moving with my horses, mind you and I just need to know which state/general area will fit my needs best.

Some things I need:
1. Not a lot of natural disasters, perferrably no hurricanes or tornado's (Unless of course it's like once every ten or so years) as I do have an older horse that just can't be loaded up and carted off like she used to. Rain and such is fine but no extreme constant cold either please.

2. An Okay economy

3. Good housing market, perferrably no crazy prices like here in Florida.

4. Decent people, I'm so tired of all the rude behaviore of the youth here as well as well...everyone.

There may be more but the weather is the most important, so any state preferance out of those four or any suggested areas?

Thank you all.

So any picks out of those states of specific regions

Daily,
We've already strongly decided against Tennessee for tornadic activity, thank you though.

I think North Carolina is the best option. Particularly the area west of Greensboro/Winston Salem and north of Charlotte. Towns like Hickory, Statesville and Salisbury would be good options. They're centers for commerce in their respective areas, offer lower housing costs and easy access to pasture areas for your horses. They're far enough inland that tropical weather patterns pretty much fizzle out before reaching them and tornadoes are a rarity.

Also try north of Columbus, or Greene County, Ohio, since surely you could find a job with Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton as options. Avoid Xenia, the county seat, since it IS known for having tornadoes, including one of the few F-5 tornadoes to ever occur on the earth.

East Tennessee doesn't have tornadoes. Knoxville, Chattanooga, Tri Cities (Bristol-Johnson City-Kingsport).

It really isn't saying much, though. There has been an F5 touch down and kill 2 people in Maryland. Not exactly tornado alley over here.
