In New Mexico, besides Albuquerque I would say Las Cruces, its a college town of about 90,000 people and is 45 minutes away from El Paso,TX and Juarez Mexico. The weather is just about perfect there.
If I had to move from Harwood, I would go to North Beach. 20 minutes south of where I am now. Maryland sucks in general, its only redemption in my mind is the southern part of the state, if I HAD to live in Maryland it would only be in the southern part. Not congested enough to make it miserable and the people are generally friendly, which is much to the contrary of what I have experienced in most other parts of this state (save for the Eastern Shore and the very extreme western parts).
Anyways, Akron would probably be my first pick, followed closely by Cleveland, then Cleveland Heights, Lakewood, or Bexley. (old money inner-ring 'burbs), or Toledo or Youngstown. I'm counting anything in the Cincy-Dayton metro area as my "city", since my real first pick would have been Middletown, hands down.
If I had to leave Indianapolis but stay in Indiana, I would pick Lafayette; or Lake County.
