Good day, I have found this site and feel there are many knowledgable people contributing that could help educate me and my wife. We will be grads of Physical Therapy and are searching for the ideal city to work, raise our family, enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle. We have a preference for warmer weather (short winter) are leaning towards CA, AZ, NM but are worried about cost of living and wages trade-off. Any help would be appreciated.

LA, Santa Fe, or Tuscon...

The southwest seems to be your thing. It's got the weather and the culture so I'd stick with one of those cities.

SW is a great idea. You will have all the work you can handle anywhere that attracts retired people. Good career choice.
