I'm confused as to why you chose to single out STL as if no other cities on this thread have bad areas... The streetviews for STL aren't exceptionally bad. All of the cities on here have bad streetviews, that's the point of this thread.
If you check where these neighborhoods are located on a map, you'll see that they're not just concentrated in one tiny area of the city, they're all over.
