This is 2009, not 1909. Who heats their home with coal anymore?
Well the coal fired power plants, that supply electricity to many homes which in turn powers electric heaters in those homes, would shut down when they ran out of coal.
If most NYers (all of NY State) had the same mentality of many NYCers I know it would be over for every other state lol.
Assign 10 NYers (strapped of course) to a block in another state and make them surrender one by one and make them work for us, take over a city in a day and the whole state by the end of the week, just repeat the process 48 more times after that .
After New York puts all 50 states back in check Washington DC would become the capital again, we'll rebuild whatevers damaged and the US will rise again .
Most of the people in my neighborhood could put one between their eyes before they got halfway down the block.
I don't take this thread more seriously than anyone else. However, my question was why an extremely similar thread in "city vs. city" was shut down, and this one doesn't seem to matter. Just trying to understand the thinking of the moderators here, that's all. Seems to be quite a difference of opinions among the moderators. Just wonderin'...and in no way a criticism of the site or mods.
LOL.....I've read before that behind Pennsylvania and Texas, MI has the 3rd highest amount of liscensed hunters, so the weapons and talent are definitely there. Throw in the brutal winters and it would be like Germany vs. Stalingrad part II.
I certainley couldn't see Michigan ever being conquered.....if all else fails we could retreat to the UP, blow up the Mackinaw Bridge and just have to deal with the western front.
Glad you mentioned the Deer hunters in Pennsylvania...we got a day off from school. That's serious hunting!
Also, with it's vast industrial base and mineral deposits; we would join into a Northeastern U.S. alliance....with New England, New York and New Jersey.
Once we are done with the rest of ya.....it's only a matter of time until the world falls before our mighty deer hunting armies...and we do road kill too. .
