One hour a year you get a do-over. So, do whatever you want between 1:00 and 2:00 then go to bed. If anyone asks what you were doing last night at 1:30 you can always tell them, "sleeping"
I don't hate daylight saving time. However it has it's place. It should 6 months on DST and 6 months off. Currently DST is on EIGHT months out of the year here in Ohio and only four months off thanks to a certain last president. IMO, that is so unbalanced and not good for the human internal clock.
I wish we could have the the days with more hours of light like the Spring and Summer with the cooler temperatures of Fall and Winter. Normally, during the summer solstice I am locked up in an air conditioned room somewhere because it's too damn hot and humid!
Also, I never understood if DST is so important then why isn't every state/country/territory/whatever in the world on it? Even Hawaii and parts of Arizona don't observe it.
