What's Your Favorite Choice Of Immigrant To Move To Your Neighborhood? (yard, business)

Myself, I prefer a mix. I don't want just one type of immigrants to move to my neighborhood. I've seen too often where too many of one kind moved into a neigborhood and exerted too much power and control, or scared people away.

The type of immigrants who use the philosophy that hard work pays off at some point. I also would like immigrants who have fascinating stories to tell with a willingness to share it with anyone, no matter what their background is. I just want immigrants who are nice. That's all. It's the same thing as a neighboor.

However, if there has to be a choice, I'd argue an ethnic and racial Brit, Irishman, Aussie, or Canadian.

All of them. The more the better. I like diversity. It makes our society more robust, and it's more interesting.

Someone who will not commit any felonies, has a skill or talent, is happy to be here, and is willing to learn English. Also preferably one who is not an unreformed alcoholic or sex addict. Smoker I'm okay with more or less.

I have no ethnic or racial preference. I do have some ideology or religion reservations though. I think I would be a bit leery of an immigrant who openly espouses Fascism, Revolutionary Maoism, Wahabbism, or Mungiki.

Anybody would be fine with me. The only immigrants in my neighbourhood now are me (American) and lots of English.
