The business climate is very well in Nevada but the economy is bad..
I think that the best business state is Texas

I've been around radical hippys and felt uncomfortable and Ive also been around the religious right and felt the same.
The latter is why I didn't recommend Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth. They're not in every part of town in those places, but my perception is that there are more of them there. Since we're not you, OP, it's hard to know whether there are too many folks at that end of the spectrum for your taste in those places.

Suburban Dallas or Houston

Look at where major companies like Exxon or AT&T choose to move their HQs; many ancillary start-ups in Dall/Hou (heavily energy-related but some telecom and IT services)

Dall and Hou have advantage of presence of HQs of one of world's most critical industries (Big Oil); more powerful airports for business travel; more appealing towns for most capitalist yuppies

Hou has periodic hassles of evacuating for hurricanes and less efficient airports than Dall

Austin suffers from lack of any valuable start-ups since Dell of 25+yrs ago; no other notable corporate HQs; and no useful airport/fwy network to efficiently travel/commute (nor leading healthcare if one has a heart attack or car accident)

And SA is TX's Detroit esp after AT&T HQ fled SA for Dallas to enable it to more easily attract yuppie employees

Ok, ok. I am not planning on working at a Fortune 500, I am just going somewhere where the economy trickles down and is good, helping us all.

Okay okay. So is this an exageration that San Antonio is Texas Detroit or isnt it? And as for Dallas vs. Houston, which has better business climate, lower cost of living?

Brownsville! Its only snowed 2 times since 1800. Palm Trees outnumber everything by 10Ă—! If you were to stretch your arms out, you would touch a palm tree. There are even some coconuts around. 80s in January are pretty common, most years the minimum temp doesn't drop below freezing. Corpus Christi is a better place for young people, with almost identical climate.
