Default What is your city's motto or nickname?

Minneapolis: "City of Lakes."

Minnesota has 90,000 miles of shoreline—more than California, Florida and Hawaii combined.

This leads to Minneapolis' lake chain.

Whats your city's nickname or slogan?

We've got two small cities stuck to gether here on the coast of Oregon. It's sometimes called the Bay area. There was slogan which said" You're going to love it here." Now I've seen where they are calling it the adventure coast.
I guess it just keeps changing.

Where do you guys get this stuff from? This is simply not true and this is like the 3rd time I've seen somebody from Minnesota make this claim. Wisconsin has more water area than Minnesota and less than Florida, so how can Minnesota have more water area than Florida, California, and Hawaii combined?
