It's amazing that Tennessee is so cheap considering you have some of the most beautiful nature in the U.S., a great musical heritage, and access to world-class cities and cultural centers.
Some of the most beautiful places to see don't always have the best natural or human resources. Although I would have thought Tennessee is less poor/cheap than Kentucky, but according to this not.
Don't know if it's reliable though. However Kentucky does look cheaper than Kansas going by it.
