Hello,

Myself and a few friends are travelling over from Ireland in the summer and we're looking for the best place to set up camp for a few months that has plenty of young people (18-24), easy to find rent, inexpensive and provides a good party. we'd be talking rent for the month of ($1800-2000)

Also would consider Philadelphia though is sleepy in the summer on weekends due to the pilgrimage to the Jersey shore
