Can this person sue? (how much, car, damages)

IF someone is involved in a car accident that does not cause any serious injury, just neck pain and prescribed Lortab and Robaxin for medictation. What can this person sue for and what is the most he can get from the lawsuit? Damages were done to the car.

If there was not serious injury why would they be on a heavy duty pain killer and muscle relaxer?

People can sue for anything and no one here can say how much you will or will not get.
