In the Midwest, Dubuque, IA or St. Cloud, MN. Smaller cities, but both are overwhelmingly Catholic.

Olathe, KS is extremely conservative with a lot of Catholics. The very large families tend to gravitate to the far outskirts where housing is cheap.

Fox Cities, WI (Appleton, Green Bay, Neenah, Oshkosh) are very Catholic. My daughters social studies class was planning something for a project and she said everyone in the class execpt three people couldn't do it on Wednesdays because they all had Catholic ccd class. The Catholics aren't extremely conservative (though you will find a few).. more moderately conservative. The area is also very family friendly..
