In Which States Can I Get Driver License in 3-4 Days? (university, living in)

Hi Everybody.

I'm normally living in Turkey. I came US last summer via "work and travel" program for university students. I worked in NYC. I have social security number.

I'm coming US on July same way. I need driver license this summer. It takes too long to get it in NY. So I need to go some other state to get it. I wonder in which state can I get it easiest even I am not resident nor citizen but I have social security.
