I'm looking for work where I can do the type of stuff we do on city-data, mainly study and research population dynamics of cities/metropolitan areas.
As an extra, I also have a strong interest is sports team fanbase demographics.
I am well aware the Census Bureau analyzes, studies, and classifies the US population and metropolitan areas.
However, I was wondering if there are any other agencies be it
-State
-Local
-Non-profit
-Private
Who do similar work in terms of analyzing population dynamics.

There are many for example companies like Experian and Fair Isaac; but they are much more known for credit information but warehouse huge volumes of consumer data as well
