How do you deal with swamp ass from having to walk everywhere in the summer?
This is a problem that I haven't mastered yet.

Staying fit with more exercise (the walking) usually does the trick - but in all honesty when it gets really hot or really cold you learn to bear

I'm fit, go biking, running, play in multiple sports leagues and get miserable every time it's over 75 degrees.
